One Lil’ Vegan is a website that I tripped across one day while I was surfing the web. I can’t remember what blog I was reading but I saw a link somewhere and clicked on it. What a great click that was because I love this blog. I’m not certain of the author’s name but the tagline for the blog is Making the world a better place, one tummy at a time and you can learn more about the author here. You should probably just drop what you’re doing, right now, and head over. I really enjoyed the humor and that the recipes were some of the relatable vegan recipes. They all sound really yummy, and I feel secure in saying that despite the fact that I am most definitely a high-tech sneaky spammer. ;)

It’s hard to have the commitment to being a vegan but One Lil Vegan is right there on track and so bubbly about it – she has an awesome writing style and fantastic recipes which make her blog so addictive :)
